All sales are final.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the scent. We recommend trying a sample or small size before committing to a larger purchase to ensure it's the right fragrance for you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we carefully inspect every order before it ships, we understand that issues can sometimes occur. If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right .

To report a damaged or incorrect :

  2. Include your Order Number in the subject line.

  3. Attach clear photos of the damaged product or the incorrect item you received.

After we review your request, we will work with you to find a solution, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund for the affected item.
